Technical Services. JB Pro Sound provides a full range of technical services for your AV systems including: 

  • Troubleshooting and system diagnostics
  • System evaluation including damage assessment for insurance purposes
  • Precision Acoustic Measurements including problem noise measurement
  • Real Time Analysis (RTA) and precision sound system tuning and adjustment
  • Wiring and rewiring; Upgrades and modifications to existing systems
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance; Operator and staff training

Component Repair Service. JB Pro Sound utilizes direct factory warranty and non-warranty repair service for system component repair. This includes all brands for which we are an authorized dealer. For non-warranty repair of other equipment we utilize or recommend third-party services.

On Site Repair and Replacement Service. JB Pro Sound can assist with on-site repair or replacement of your AV systems wiring and installation components such as loudspeaker rigging, wall plates, floor pockets, racks and cabinets, projectors, screens and installed microphones.

Consultation. JB Pro Sound can provide AV systems consultation, recommendations and education regarding current AV technology and equipment, current and future trends in the AV industry, and your AV system needs, operation and improvement.

Project Management. JB Pro Sound can provide complete AV systems project management for your renovation or new construction. From the design phase and interfacing with architects and engineers through the construction phase and interacting with other trades to the finished product and interacting with your staff we are your one-stop AV shop in NW PA.
