JB Pro Sound is a highly-specialized AV systems installation contractor dedicated to creating a better customer experience and providing value and professionalism in a streamlined operation.

Philosophy. Our philosophy has been - and continues to be - keeping the business small and streamlined while delivering big on design, sales, service and installation. Our core group consists of a handful of associates and skilled, specialized subcontractors. Our overhead is low and our expertise high. That combination provides our customers with the best equipment at competitive cost coupled with high quality installation and performance.

No Brick and Mortar Costs. We do not have a walk-in retail outlet/store. We come to you. Because we are an authorized, non-stocking dealer for most of our products, we won’t just design what is in our inventory into your system. Every design and estimate is customized using the latest models available from our manufacturers. No brick and mortar overhead translates into value, savings and expertise for our customers. We do keep a number of items on hand for box sales, including cables, connectors, wireless systems and a number of accessories and problem solvers. We can custom order and direct ship any of the thousands of products in our many lines.

Personalized Service and Attention. You’re busy. We’re busy. Everyone’s busy. In this busy world we can assure you that when you are “up” in the queue for your proposal, installation or service, you will have our undivided attention and we will get it done right. Installation projects can take days, weeks or months from design to completion, depending on the project scope and size. Our professional staff will guide you through the design and installation process and keep you updated along the way. We attempt to keep delays at a minimum, but if you’ve ever been involved in a construction project you know that, unfortunately, it’s not uncommon. What we can say that if there are delays it won’t be our fault!

Past performance and future growth. JB Pro Sound is currently expanding its AV markets and market share in Northwestern Pennsylvania, Western New York and Eastern Ohio. In 2015 we will surpass $2.5 Million in total sales since January 2005. Our goal is to double that number in half the time and hit $5 Million by 2020.

History. JB Pro Sound was established in September 2004 by current owner Jack Bernard. At that time, his goal was to branch out and to take a different approach to AV systems contracting. With more than twenty years of experience in AV systems design, sales, installation and service, he has specialized in the design of:
